	Aluminized steel case construction.
	1/4"-20 weld nuts or 1/4"-20 x 1" studs for mounting.

	Elements run in direction of heater length.
	Electrical leads: 12” long through conduit nipple.
	230-volt, single-phase.

	Highest quality components.
	Unique, tough glass/ceramic face material.
	Standard or custom designs available.
	Can be supplied with Type J or Type K thermocouple installed.
	Wattages from 5 to 20 watts per square inch.
	Heats to processing temperature in about 4 minutes.
	Maximum face temperature: 1200° F at 20 watts per square inch.
	Operating life in excess of 10,000 hours (when heaters are operated at 80% of rated output).
