XericWeb® Drying Systems
Series FS and Series FSA heaters:

Series FSA heaters are designed for direct convection air impingement through the face of the heater. Supplied with blowers mounted on back or with collars and remote blowers.

Unique serpentine metallic elements.
Self-cleaning surface resists thermal shock
Stainless steel screen protects heaters.
Custom designed to meet process requirements.
Mount on any plane without element sag.
Can be supplied with a Type J or Type K thermocouple installed.
Series FS wattages to 65 watts per square inch.
Series FSA to 75 watts per square inch.
Heats to temperature in about 35 seconds.
Cools to safe temperature in about 25 seconds.
Element temperatures to 2100° F.
Operating life in excess of 10,000 hours when heaters are operated at 80% of rated output.
