XericWeb Drying Systems combined IR lamps and fans inside one tidy, compact dryer designed to deliver fast, efficient drying.

Fits most narrow- and mid-web, flexo presses: Comco, Propheteer, Nilpeter, Aquaflex, Webtron, Gallus/Arsoma and others.

Using the same irAIR drying technology, XericWeb Drying Systems tucked the IR lamps and fan into a slim package that fits between printing/coating stations on Mark Andy flexo presses.

For the Edale Sigma press, XericWeb Drying Systems modified the irAIR dryer so that the heating unit would pivot away from the back to simplify web threading. The heating unit lifts out for easy cleaning and maintainance.

Fits Edale Sigma presses.

The Aquaflex Servo FPC flexo press, introduced at LabelExpo 2004, comes equipped with an irAIR dryer from XericWeb Drying Systems. The dryer includes two heating units and an idler roll. The heating unts lift out for easy access. Sliding doors on the heating units and a drop-down cover on the idler roll allow for cleaning and maintainance.
